The Manager of Interactive Strategies is accountable for the all aspects of the web site, including development, delivery, project management, GUI, usability, functionality and online marketing functions.

Responsibilities:

Webmaster for DDIWorld.
Member of the DDI Technology Council (Reporting to OpCom)
Design, manage and develop the online DDI brand identity.
Recommend, design, and manage the web site information architecture.
Design, manage and develop the overall GUI design of the web site including graphic design, site architecture, navigation, and application development.
Manage the implementation web marketing messages by coordinating informational messages, advertising and branding and promotional areas of the web site.
Design, manage and develop the personalization and customization.
Design, manage and develop online tools for dynamic database management of content, empowering site content providers.

Content Manager MetalSite ,

The Content Manager is accountable for the overall image of the web site so that its appearance and content attracts and retains customers. This includes managing the navigation, design, and management of content such as "News," "Glossaries," marketing messages and other elements of "Research and Learn".

Responsibilities:

Manage the proper use of MetalSite Graphics for Branding
Create and/or manage the overall layout design (look and feel) of the web site including graphic design, general site architecture, and navigation in cooperation with the Development Department as well as with outside design firms.
Coordinate the graphic design needs of all departments of MetalSite with the implementation by development, deployment and inside sales related to the web.
Manage informational messages, advertising and branding & promotional areas of the web site.
Manage the implementation of MetalSite's web marketing messages by coordinating informational messages, advertising and branding and promotional areas of the web site; act as the facilitating link between the Marketing Department and implementation on the web site by Development Teams.
Manage the organizational structure of content information presented on the MetalSite Internet and Intranet web sites, by communicating and coordinating with content providers, MetalSite Departments, and Development Teams.
Manage the quality of content provided by Content Providers, MetalSite Departments, and Development Teams in terms of presentation on the web site.
Manage the relationship between content providers, Marketing Department, and Deployment on the site.
Facilitate the implementation of new content on the web site by coordinating the informational and graphical needs and assets for developing new content areas with Development and Providers.

     NBC Digital Productions: New York, NY May 1997 to July 1998

NBC Homepage and Interactive Services production encompasses the breadth of services which unify the main entry level to NBC.com (as well as NBC Daily, part of NBC's IE4 Push Channels initiative.) Homepage production is focused on creating a dynamic entry point for the promotion and traffic management of NBCDP (NBC Digital Production) properties contained on sublevels of the NBC.com site (such as Online Shows and TVCentral) in addition to developing greater dynamic connections to other NBC online ventures such as MSNBC News, MSNBC Sports, CNBC, and NBC-IN/Affiliates. The visual impact of the homepage must both carry a strong "NBC" branding as well as facilitate the inclusion of the design, style and context of the various other properties which it represents. In the ever change environment of the Internet, Homepage production must remain fluid to accomadate the changing needs of in the sublevel content producers, partner content and the needs of Marketing and Advertising.

Requires daily deadlines for production of new content for online promotions. Intergrating daily changes of content to reflect site wide content changes by coordination with other NBCDP content producers.

Creates a majority of the daily graphics and writes copy text promotions on a daily basis.

Creates all HTML coding of page and daily maintenance, assisting in design of DHTML, ASP, VB script.

Developed weekly programable homepage with multiple rotations of promations daily.

Developed programable Online Shows page with multiple rotations of promotions targeting seven time slots daily.

In addition this production responsibilities includes development, production and managment of supporting services including: Online user Registration, newsletter email services, Site Map, browser Plug-Ins, online jobs listing, Games page and the NBC Online Catalog.

Production of the Sitewide Online User Registration for NBC.com, intergrating marketing and production interests into questionaire and database structure. Designed user interface. Mangaged programming team.

LASCAUX is a museum installation about the ancient, painted, French cave made with a new computer graphics technique called virtual reality. LASCAUX is designed to travel to cultural institutions and art centers worldwide for a period of years and then to find a permanent home in France.

Assisted in many phases of conception, production and development.
3-D Modeling and animation using 3D Studio and AutoCad.
Digital sound and video production and editing using cature boards and Adobe Premiere.
VR world authoring using VADER (custom coded program intergration Sense8's World Tool Kit.)
